Charlie and Susan Hinkel, Passamaquoddy, have been in business for 7 years in Downeast Maine as a husband-and-wife team. They mutually love anything made of wood, so bringing this passion to you is their gift to our community.
Charlie and Sue want you to feel, utilize, and love those special pieces you decide deserve the love of your home. It is their greatest desire to provide you with high-quality, handmade, yet affordable, one-of-a-kind pieces in hopes that one day they will become your family's coveted heirlooms. You will want to share them with the next generation because you will use and give them your love.
Shipping Disclaimer:
Orders are processed within 3-4 days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
We currently do not ship outside the continental US. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. The order will be canceled and refunded if we cannot make this update.
There will be a processing and shipping delay for orders placed between December 19 after 4 pm and January 1. Orders made during this period will be processed after January 2.

Return Policy:
All sales are final, excluding items that arrive damaged. Please submit a return request to shop@abbemuseum.org within 72 hours of receiving a damaged item.
