Delve into the world of the Wabanaki with the Abbe Museum’s Curator of Education Christiana Becker. From 10:30am-11:30am hear a reading of the Children’s books Canoe Maker, David Moses Bridges by Donald Soctomah and Jean Flahive, Thanks to the Animals by Allen Sockabasin, and Kunu’s Basket by Lee Decora Francis. A coloring station will be open with crayons and coloring pages, and artists of all ages will enjoy drawing a scene for the animals from Wabanaki artists.
