You must fully complete this form and submit booth payment by March 31, 2025 to confirm your place in the Festival. Included in this form are:

The costs of lodging in Bar Harbor in the summertime can be prohibitive. To support artists, we have available dorm rooms at $95/night on the College of the Atlantic campus. The dorm is brand new, and each room is single or double occupancy solely for you and your partner/companion/family member/or booth-sharing partner.

BOOTH FEES & PAYMENT
Reduced booth rates are available to Wabanaki artists. Use the coupon codes below to receive the discount.
For Full Booths - $50 off $150 (totaling $100) - code: FULLBOOTH
For Half Booths - $25 off $75 (totaling $50) - code: HALFBOOTH
Please note that when requesting a half booth, you must indicate the artist you will share with. Both artists are required to register.
