Community Free Sundays
The Abbe Museum is pleased to announce we have received local support for our Community Free Sundays program offering free admission every Sunday at both Abbe locations, to all Hancock County residents during the peak season May 22 – November 8, 2008.
Through a grant from Maine Community Foundation's Hancock County Fund and additional funding from The First, the Abbe is able to make a community-wide gift to residents, encouraging regular visitation as well as participation in the Abbe’s programs and workshops.
